Purple Dragon for 2025 is available. It was created using Buena Mulata Peppers which are another variant of Cayenne Peppers. Instead of starting green in color they start purple and will ripen to red. We pick these peppers before they ripen. This sauce has the flavor of a "green" cayenne pepper which is fresh and vegetal. Pairs well with eggs, vegetable soups and side dishes, and savory meats.
***The 2025 version of Purple Dragon is not as dark in color since the carrots we use for this sauce struggled this fall to grow properly. We had to use another variant of purple carrots which are not as dark in color so the sauce came out to be a lighter purple. The flavors are still the same from what was tasted at Dragon Con***
